Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the management of all digital marketing activities within the McDonald’s CRM and loyalty program and execute a robust roadmap of activities to support business objectives.
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams such as Business Insights and CRM agencies to deliver CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives to optimize acquisition, retention, win-back, personalization, and promotional strategies to drive incremental sales.
- Synthesize analysis of each CRM/loyalty marketing campaign, including customer segmentation, behavior-based and triggered messaging. Uncover key findings on performance for each campaign and adjust for future initiatives.
- Run the development of a content strategy that drives Brand and CRM programme objectives.
- Support limited time offer strategy development, including product and offer exclusives for the CRM programme.
- Utilize data-backed measurement and analysis to constantly test, refine and scale campaigns.
- Create and optimize Customer touch point model for engagement – test and learn to derive the most efficient approach (frequency & mix of medium – example SMS, EDM, social) for the customers.
- Own the cross-sell, retention and Customer Life Time Value – monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
- Collaborate with Business Insights and CRM agency to analyze customer data, identify customer segments, define actionable segments, and implement test and control groups to refine and scale campaigns in order to create strategic initiatives to drive towards incremental sales and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Execute and analyze each loyalty campaign, including offer management and communication, customer segmentation, behavior-based and triggered messaging and performance analysis.
- Oversee competitor CRM and Loyalty programs, testing and adopting best practices to continuously improve program performance and value.
- Collude and negotiate with teams and partners to drive project success: CRM agency, Business insights, IT, Restaurant solutions, Supply chain, Marketing, Global Digital teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or retail loyalty/CRM marketing.
- Effective experience in creating and implementing innovative program plans and strategies, in collaboration with internal and external partner teams.
- Adaptable, analytical thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on/execution capacity.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Familiarity with providing key marketing inputs such as program positioning and benefits to internal partner marketing teams, to facilitate the development of effective marketing plans and strategies.
- Proficient experience with working with multiple teams and stakeholders, creating and executing project plans and delivering results on time and on budget.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing and cross-team processes and relationship needs.
- Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to influence others without direct control.
- Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to comfortably work through ambiguity.
- Ability to understand program metrics and comfortable with numbers and analysis to dive deep.
