Job Responsibilities:

• Drive organic growth for the website using (SEO, Content marketing, Social media marketing and other hacking solutions).
• Achieve marketing KPIs for website campaigns (traffic growth, User Acquisition, Bounce Rate, Retention) as per defined business goals.
• Evaluate and report performance of all web campaigns and goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and manage/optimize performance based on the insights
• Cooperate with the internal design team to get the required marketing collaterals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience working in the same role.
• Effective experience in setting up paid campaigns across search engines and various social media platforms.
• Proficient understanding of using (Google Adwords, Facebook and other marketing channels).
• Effective knowledge of dealing with website analytics tools such as (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture and WebTrends).
• Excellent working skills in using (MS Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
