Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct online marketing calendar including all digital activity.
  • Perform, coordinate reporting and make recommendations for online acquisition and retention including (strategies around SEO, SEM, retargeting, display and third party).
  • Aid in the planning, execution and launch of all CRM campaigns.
  • Organize and manage customer journeys.
  • Provide the report on metrics for EDM’s (click through, opens, revenue, subscriptions and bounce backs).
  • Create content and briefs for EDMs ensuring you adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice direction.
  • Make acquisition and re-engagement strategies with the marketing managers.
  • In connection with the marketing manager and digital marketing manager ensure content planners for social media platforms are aligned with global and local direction.
  • Improve to drive acquisition, sales and create advocacy for the brands social media platforms.
  • Produce the report on all social media initiatives, reach, impressions and engagement path to purchase including maintenance.
  • Collect all invoicing and monitoring of costs across social and paid advertising related to the appropriate brands.
  • Assure strong relationships with digital agencies.
  • Cooperate with the digital marketing manager to ensure optimal SEO for social media and general website activities.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in UX and UI across devices that affect your brands.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience either with a brand or retail company with a proven ability to effectively manage email marketing and social media.
  • Effective experience to analyze, investigate and interpret financial data and information.
  • Efficient knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube).
  • Proven copywriting experience for EDMs/online.
  • Proficient working knowledge of using Google Analytics.
  • Deep working knowledge of SEO.
  • Advanced experience in dealing with (Adobe Photoshop, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Exact Target, HTML and MS Office).
  • Demonstrated experience or exposure to SEM marketing tactics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build industry-specific insights, particularly when it comes to social media and digital innovation.
