Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance KPIs for online marketing activities and changes in trends, share insights and make recommendations to the marketing team.
- Integrate disparate data sources to form a cohesive picture around the performance of marketing programs.
- Cooperate with key stakeholders on how to best leverage analytics to construct dashboards and reporting mechanisms in order to inform better business decisions and optimization recommendations.
- Effectively use both quantitative and qualitative techniques on ROI-modeling, consumer profiling/predictive modeling, segmentation and offer conversion optimization.
- Aid manage and support all aspects of our web analytics implementation, including tracking parameter, tagging documentation, tool configuration, and user administration.
- Understood business users’ needs, and translate them to technical requirements for web analytics implementation.
- Collude with our engineering teams to ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency of collected data across web and other platforms.
- Support transition to Google Analytics 360.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mathematics, statistics, or technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree).
- Minimum 2 years of web analytics experience, agency and/or client-side preferably experience with enterprise consumer-facing web site (supporting Testing & Optimization, marketing, etc.).
- Effective experience in web analytics tools, Google Analytics 360 Suite a must, Adobe Analytics Suite preferred, experience working with granular web clickstream data is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of current best practices and standards to provide direction to web site developers/producers on tagging and tracking parameter methods.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, especially as it relates to tag management, 3rd party marketing tags and troubleshooting analytics implementations.
- Proven track record in programming languages (SQL) and stats packages (e.g. Python, R).
- A team-player, positive attitude and flexible.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify the measurement or business objective.
