Job Responsibilities:
- New client and software operations.
- Design new accounts and manage email response.
- Evaluate the operations team and software systems for errors.
- Consistent email and phone communication with clients.
- Confirm strong attention to detail.
- Devise new business opportunities by growing existing programs.
- Cooperate closely with the client service teams to ensure that proposed strategies and solutions are effectively executed.
- Act as a resource on projects to ensure that appropriate strategic adjustments are made to optimize our clients’ campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of client interaction experience.
- Solid interpersonal skills, attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills and exceptional writing ability.
