Job Responsibilities:
- Operate with global eCommerce teams to coordinate and deliver best in class content to support the trading/marketing plan and on-site story telling.
- Design and advise on the tone of voice, copy and campaign messaging for key marketing and trading campaigns.
- Work with business executives and global teams to co-ordinate organic social media plan.
- Contribute to the global testing plan to develop copy and content appropriate for each territory.
- Research new content ideas across the wider retail landscape, developing new ideas and concepts to introduce to the testing roadmap.
- Continually maintain communication lines to our key brand and media partners, developing strong relationships to create and leverage opportunities.
- Cooperate with the buying team to understand and interpret the buy to deliver campaigns aligned with key objectives, growth and focus areas.
- Understood, interpret and act on evolving audience data/insight.
- Lead and be accountable for the content creation budget.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience of managing content marketing campaigns.
- Ability to project manage whilst multitasking a variety of mediums in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to develop close effective relations with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team according to changing strategies and situations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
