Content Marketing Manager

Telnyx is looking for a Content Marketing Manager in Dublin, Ireland. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve and execute content strategies and programs for integrated marketing campaigns across all channels based on a solid understanding of business goals.
  • Aid in content creation and project manage the creation of collateral from both internal producers and freelancers – copywriters, designers, videographers and animators.
  • Cooperate with product marketers and managers, engineers, sales and customer success to gain subject matter expertise and a better understanding of content needs, both internal and external.
  • Help in managing and organizing content on the Telnyx marketing website and collateral for sales enablement.
  • Own content success, SEO and engagement metrics, obsessively tracking and measuring results, analyzing data and optimizing strategy for conversion.
  • Serve in enhancing user personas, creating robust briefs and guidelines around use cases.
  • Support in editing and QAing copy and creative for grammar, brand standards and unified voice.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in content, search or digital marketing.
  • Effective experience marketing in a SaaS or highly technical B2B organization highly preferred.
  • Highly capable project manager, leading complex projects across the organization with diverse stakeholders and KPIs.
  • Proven track record in SEO, analytics, CMSs, CRMs and additional inbound marketing tools.
  • Solid communicator – superb writing and editing skills are a requirement.
  • Expert knowledge of content, SEO and inbound marketing trends, demonstrating the ability to make sound decisions based on data and industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter, taking projects on by the horns and running with it. Scrappy, agile and can easily pivot when needed.
  • Ability to analyze content data and present insights to stakeholders in alignment with Growth OKRs.
