Content Marketing Manager

Travelport Digital is looking for a Content Marketing Manager in Dublin, Ireland. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Create and delivery of a wide range of content including (e-books, infographics, whitepapers, animations, videos, podcasts, blogs, magazines, web pages, webinars and brochures).
  • Establish and execute on content roadmaps and manage content calendars.
  • Organize and manage buyer and user persona strategies.
  • Corporate with other teams including (the product marketing, public relations, sales, and creative teams) to scale the production, distribution, and reach of large-scale content programmes.
  • Promote the content to reach target audiences in the most effective way possible ensuring keywords research, SEO and SEM tactics are delivered.
  • Produce monthly reports to highlight content roadmaps, measure key metrics of content success and adjust where required for improved performance.
  • Write and design marketing content and imagery using Adobe Cloud programmes (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Manage with digital team to ensure organic traffic generation best practice and that content is leveraged via paid media.
  • Maintain craft creative social media updates (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube).
  • Website copywriting activity to help position our solutions in a manner that is consistently related to the tone of voice and helps differentiate our content.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams to craft stand out sales collateral and “humanize” complex technical collateral.

Job Requirements :

  • At least 5 years marketing experience with proven performance in a content marketing or communications role.
  • Proven track record of comms, PR, journalism or creative agency roles a bonus.
  • Effective knowledge of a relevant sector such as (mobile, software, IT services, digital agency, travel technology and online travel).
  • Proficient experience in working with design teams, providing crisp and clear briefs.
  • Deep experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
  • Strong animation or video editing skills is a huge plus.
  • Solid experience in working with content aggregation platforms such as (Outbrain and Taboola) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with exceptional written ability in English.
