Job Responsibilities:

• Assure that all copies in both English and local language are of high quality (i.e. grammatically sound) across all campaigns, interfaces and landing pages).
• Study English and local language content produced and translated by copywriters to make sure they meet the Traveloka guide and standards.
• Cooperate with different teams and stakeholders to help localize their campaigns, ensuring smooth and quality execution at all times.
• Lead the creation of creative and promotional materials from end to end.
• Direct a team of in-house writers.
• Support consistency of brand tone and quality across all interfaces and platforms.
• Come up with fresh ideas in terms of content that will help increase our user engagement across all interfaces and platforms
• Constantly develop herself or himself with the latest trends in social media and/or content marketing.
• Examine push notifications and email performance if and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in e-commerce copywriting or magazine and newspaper writing.
• Demonstrated understanding of online consumer behavior.
• Solid social media savvy (a plus but not a requirement).
• Critical thinking and ability to persuasively influence through storytelling.
• A critical eye, keen attention to detail is a must.
• Open to sharing and conveying ideas and concepts to improve content or support marketing campaigns.
• Self-driven in terms of managing and accomplishing projects especially under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Ability to work and function in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
