Job Responsibilities:
- Own and standardize the brand and voice of academy Xi, and ensure consistency across all brand communications and campaigns – touchpoints including brand advertising, social media, email communications, website.
- Run the development and execution of our brand and content strategy, aligning key audiences and messages at various points along the student lifecycle.
- Lead the production and distribution of content through influential channels.
- Operate with Internal stakeholders & partners to implement and execute brand campaigns various touchpoints, including social, experiential and ATL media.
- Act with in-house creatives to create compelling, engaging and relevant branded assets for online and offline channels.
- Perform market surveys and research to maintain brand health dashboards and understanding of the key brand and paid channel metrics.
- Oversee category, segment and consumer trends and provide recommendations for media activation, improving customer experiences, and opportunities for the Academy Xi brand.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing brand and content strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with, and an understanding of market research and customer segmentation.
- Effective experience in developing and implementing a content marketing strategy.
- Proficient experience with curating social media campaigns.
- Strategic focus and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand the detail behind business challenges in order to deliver solutions.
- Resourceful, outgoing and adaptable to change and ambiguity.
- Culture fit; a highly driven team player who thrives in a high-performance environment who will bring initiative and a problem-solving attitude to the role and will instill the same within the broader team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
