Job Responsibilities: 

• Design new and convert existing printed technical publications content to the video-based content.
• Build and maintain, AnomaliTube, an Anomali video channel to which the created content is posted and maintained.
• Cooperate with engineers, writers, marketing, and product managers to fulfil requests for videos that showcase upcoming and released technologies.
• Improve a good understanding and hands-on experience of using Anomali products.
• Participate in the customer-facing product documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology and computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience or a demonstrated track record of producing short, online videos.
• Professionally trained technical communicator and/or a demonstrated track record of writing technical documentation.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Team player, detailed-oriented and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
