- Streamers in the UK\US agree that the price\value for money has impacted their decision when signing up for a streaming service they currently use with a percentage of 71%.
- However, when it comes to a variety of films, 60% of UK streamers say that this has impacted their decision. On the other side, only 57% of US streamers say that this has impacted their decision when signing up.
- 57% of UK streamers say that the variety of TV series impacted their decision, on the other hand, only 53% of US streamers said so.
- When it comes to the service’s original content, only 38% of UK streamers said that this option impacted their decision, but only 34% of US streamers said so.
- The percentage was almost close when it comes to free trials, it is 33% for UK streamers and 32% for US streamers.
- 33% of UK streamers said the ease of use and navigation impacted their decisions, while 34% of US consumers said the same thing.
- 30% of UK streamers said the recommendations from family and friends affect their decision, besides 31% of US consumers who agreed on this too.
- However, 17% of UK streamers said that account sharing capability impacts their decision, and 21% of US streamers said the same thing.

Based not the TV movie streaming insights, we can say that smartphones have overtaken smart TVs as the primary device for watching TV among 16-24s. The following chart shows the percentage of internet users in the UK\US who say they have used the following devices to watch TV\movies in the past 30 days.
- 53% of people whose age 16-24s said that they have used their smartphone to watch T V\movies.
- However, a percentage of 62% of 25-34s say that they use smart TV to watch TV\movies.
- Moreover, a percentage of 59% of 35-44s say they use smart tv as well.
- The percentage of 45-54s who say they use smart TV to watch movies is 60%.
