In terms of the most devices used by consumers to access online banking services in Europe, 40% of German online users are using desktop only to access online banking services, while comes at next french online users with a rate of 25%. Spanish online users are accessing online banking services via multi-platforms with a rate of 48%, then comes at next UK users with a rate of 45%.
