It shouldn’t be hard to find them online, and once engaged, they can be a quick win for digital marketers who position themselves well to target this specific generation.
In terms of the most used social platforms by generation X, YouTube is the most visited/used platform with a rate of 82% although 71% of generation X have an account on it.
It is worth to be mentioned that Facebook is ranked as the first with 81% of surveyed generation X users mentioned that they have an account on such platform and 64% indicated that they have FB Messenger. while 58% reported that they have a Whatsapp account. Then comes at next Twitter with 47% who mentioned that they have an account on this platform.
