By analyzing the call volume of the e-commerce across some Arab countries surveyed & mentioned below, Egypt tops the call volume of the e-commerce in Q4 2016 with a rate of 84.53%. Jordan ranks far the next place with only a rate of 9.41%, followed by Iraq with just 3.84%.
This data was aggregated anonymously from incoming and outgoing calls to the e-commerce service providers in selected parts of the MENA region (countries include: Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, Morocco, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Israel) during the period of October 1st, 2016 to December 31th, 2016.
