More than half of back to school shoppers residents in the US (57%) make most of their back to school (B2S) purchases 2017 via desktop or laptop devices, which used for accessing retailer’s websites with a rate of 76%, get price information with 64% and then make a purchase with 60%.
Mobiles ranked at the next used devices to make B2S purchases with a rate of 49% of all B2S shoppers in the US. The key uses of mobiles are to collect discounts, coupons, sale, etc. and get price information with a rate of 61% for both of them. Making a purchase via a mobile device grabbed only 45% of mobile usage in terms of B2S shopping.
