37.1% of small-business owners and managers across the US are preferring “customer acquisition” as the primary hurdle. But 23% think that their main challenge is “capturing leads or subscribers”. Nearly the same rate (22%) think that getting “the web traffic” is their challenge. Only 17.9% believes that “retaining customers” is their main challenge.
These rates were observed from a survey consisted of 10 questions asked via Google Surveys platform, directed to a panel of self-identified small-business owners and managers across the US. At least 1,003 participants answered each question.
