The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the most valuable digital marketing skill for all the sectors; this is closely followed by brand management (60%) and digital marketing (47%).
But Telecoms & Utilities sectors counted as the most sector caring by the CRM with a rate of 71% besides the brand management at the same rate of 71%.
Creative/design skills, content marketing, and data science/analytics achieved the lowest rates which indicate less importance for the marketers.
