Communication directly with others is the primary purpose for nationals to use both WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. 90% of internet users in the Middle East are using WhatsApp & 63% of them are using Facebook, 41% of them are using Instagram for communication purpose.
Twitter had been an essential tool to find and share news nationals in the Middle East & to find and share entertainment the majority of internet users in the Middle East use YouTube with a rate of 60%, followed by Instagram with a rate of 41%.
