Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and take control of social networks (notably Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat and Instagram).
- Develop integrated, strategic social campaigns across owned, operated and paid media channels in collaboration with internal stakeholders social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and messaging.
- Build targeted audience base across core social channels achieving quarterly growth goals.
- Cooperate closely with marketing, creative studio and content teams to refresh and maintain consistent creative across all STA Travel branded social sites.
- Lead the reporting on social media channel performance, learning from outcomes and audience behaviors to optimize content production and future media buys.
- Determine success criteria and evaluate results accordingly.
- Generate actionable insights from social media activities to inform brand strategy development.
- Research innovations and trends in social media incorporating them into STA’s social media presence as well as helping to drive best practice across the wider social media team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Extensive understanding of local/global social media platforms and consumer consumption of each.
- Effective knowledge of (SEO strategies, optimization and measurement) is a huge plus.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Solid experience of using MS Office.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
