Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy across all channels and products.
• Execute the (Dairymaster) online marketing plan with measurable goals and objectives to drive customer acquisition.
• Drive the execution of customer acquisition and conversion through email marketing.
• Drive the implementation of marketing initiatives as needed such as (SEO, digital partnerships, Google Adwords, subscriber acquisition and consumer communications).
• Coordinate team training and support CRM programme.
• Provide FAQ level technical support to the team and monitoring for effective and consistent usage of the CRM system.
• Work with an internal CRM group to devise effective metrics for tracking through the CRM.
• Report weekly and monthly on implementation progress/ project milestones achieved.
• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of regular cross-sell, up-sell and customer engagement campaigns.
• Provide detailed measurement and reporting of the impact of campaigns on traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue.
• Identifying and recommending changes where relevant to increase leads, reduce overall acquisition costs and maximize ROI.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in an industrial manufacturing environment in a digital marketing or CRM project management role.
• Proven track record in effective cross-sell and up-sell campaigns.
• Extensive experience in working with CRM solutions as well as a strong understanding of the emerging trend towards marketing automation.
• Ability to interpret system capabilities and information management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid planning and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
