Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and execute email marketing campaigns that drive revenue, increase leads and customer retention.
• Maintain and nurture the lead set and run lead generator programs to increase the lead base.
• Plan, conceptualize, setup, review and deploy broadcast and email campaigns to have a high level of relevancy and engagement.
• Create email reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze the campaign performance.
• Implement A/B tests to continuously identify and implement improvements.
• Ensure all links, images, subject lines and list segments are accurate and working properly.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of email marketing experience with an emphasis on the creative aspects of email.
• Effective experience with (Google Analytics) or similar analytics platform.
• Deep working knowledge of using (MS Office).
• Basic understanding of (HTML and CSS) for building and troubleshooting emails.
• Solid time and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
