Job Responsibilities:

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems marketing automation, CRM, data services and lead management processes across those systems.
• Provide thoughtful and thorough support and guidance to marketing teams with the aim of driving deliverability and overall email campaign performance and conversion.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and engagement activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact.
• Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
• Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
• Proofread e-mails for clarity and grammar.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of e-mail marketing experience.
• Extensive experience and proven track record in managing all aspects of email campaigns and delivery through a major email service provider.
• Expert knowledge of email best practices around (deliverability, opt-ins, CASL and list management).
• Proficient knowledge of ESP such as (vertical response and MailChimp).
• Advanced understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo).
• Ability to articulate and champion email marketing best practices and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of using MS Office.
