Job Responsibilities:

• Spearheading the department, manage online sales and marketing across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.
• Develop a cohesive marketing plan for short-term and long-term growth.
• Implement best industry practices, process and procedures.
• Execute and identify product descriptions, listings and other updates to enhance online sales and customer interfacing.
• Communicate to customers in a timely manner by responding to inquiries, complaints and general information regarding our products through online marketplaces and our website.
• Maintain social media sites by updating existing/new products, contests and announcements.
• Adheres to all packaging requirements and guidelines for shipment of products.
• Oversee and execute all digital marketing to drive traffic and revenue.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Amazon and eBay marketplaces.
• Proficient working knowledge of Amazon marketing services and eBay portal procedures.
• Extensive experience with Amazon vendor and seller central services and protocols.
• Effective understanding of (Magento, Magento2 or a similar platform).
• Advanced experience in working with and managing projects across multiple teams (Design, Marketing, Product, Sales and Tech).
• Proficient knowledge of tag management and web analytics tools such as (Tealium, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).
• Solid working skills in using MS Office.
• Superior strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
