Job Responsibilities:

• Increase customer and target consumer awareness of the company’s brands using digital platforms.
• Cooperate alongside the direct team to help drive enquirers through the website/phone through the use of the (website, Ad words, Facebook ads and other social media means).
• Carry out continuous analysis of e-marketing performance and optimize accordingly to inform future campaigns.
• Develop social media platforms/communities and co-ordinate across the company.
• Ensure optimal SEO standards to maintain position in the insurance sector to top pages on google search rankings.
• Monitor competitor online activities.
• Report insights to marketing team with a view to developing opportunities.
• Managing yearly budgets and monthly budget meetings.
• Assisting other departments on marketing needs (competitions and roadshows).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, mobile marketing, social media marketing, marketing automation and web analytics.
• Expert working knowledge of using campaign management tools such as (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Extensive experience with (email automation, customer journey building and CRM workflows).
• Deep understanding of paid marketing tools, channels and technologies including (paid search, retargeting, app marketing and social network advertising).
• Excellent knowledge of SEO principles.
• Advanced working skills of using (MS Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
