Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Saltrock’s digital marketing strategy.
- Onboard and run cost-effective paid marketing channels.
- Develop and improve social media footprint with a focus on acquisition.
- Manage all paid activity in-line with agreed performance metrics and budget requirements.
- Analyze, recommend and review attribution models.
- Accelerate new user acquisition, building cost-effective sustainable marketing activity.
- Oversee EDM program performance and optimization.
- Own all transactional communications.
- Oversee affiliate marketing programs.
- Develop content strategies that are aligned to brand aspirations and targets.
- Propose, develop and execute seasonal and trade based campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital marketing preferably from a PPC or social media background.
- Proven experience in online brand building.
- Extensive knowledge of PPC based platforms.
- Expert understanding of social media platforms (current and emerging).
- Proficient experience in building and engaging audiences through organic and paid activity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
