Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Saltrock’s digital marketing strategy.
• Onboard and run cost-effective paid marketing channels.
• Develop and improve social media footprint with a focus on acquisition.
• Manage all paid activity in-line with agreed performance metrics and budget requirements.
• Analyze, recommend and review attribution models.
• Accelerate new user acquisition, building cost-effective sustainable marketing activity.
• Oversee EDM program performance and optimization.
• Own all transactional communications.
• Oversee affiliate marketing programs.
• Develop content strategies that are aligned to brand aspirations and targets.
• Propose, develop and execute seasonal and trade based campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital marketing preferably from a PPC or social media background.
• Proven experience in online brand building.
• Extensive knowledge of PPC based platforms.
• Expert understanding of social media platforms (current and emerging).
• Proficient experience in building and engaging audiences through organic and paid activity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.
