Job Responsibilities:

• Develop content based on different content needs such as (interfaces, error messages, landing pages, FAQ, emails and more).
• Manage and maintain localized content on CMS platforms to ensure (consistency, relevancy and accuracy).
• Implement web analytics tracking and gather actionable insights using (Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, UX tools and data logs) for continuous site optimization and usability improvements.
• Generate actionable business and user insights through (market, product trends, user and competitor research).
• Contribute actively towards overall content strategies based on (business objectives, market and customer insights).
• Leverage on SEO to raise brand awareness and drive organic traffic.
• Cooperate closely with developers and UX designers to deliver features in priority till production.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, IT or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in managing content for websites, e-commerce or digital platforms.
• Proficient experience in using web analytics and UX tools such as(A/B testing, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Web and Search Console).
• Basic understanding of (SEO) techniques and tools.
• Novice knowledge of (HTML and CSS).
• Deep working skills of using MS Office Suite.
• Advanced editorial skills including (copy editing, proofing and fact-checking).
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing disciplines including search, mobile, social and content marketing.
