Pinterest introduces Media Buyer Certification Course

Pinterest’s Media Buyer Certification:

All Pinterest Academy customers can obtain the Media Buyer certification at no cost, which enables media professionals to showcase their proficiency with Pin usage.

Pinterest Mentioned: The Pinterest Media Buyer Certification exam measures and validates an individual’s job-related knowledge and real-life Pinterest ad platform experience. It’s designed to help marketers stand out across a competitive industry and get ahead in their career – with a Pinterest standard of advertising excellence.”

To obtain certification, participants must complete a 60-question multiple-choice test that encompasses various subjects such as campaign activation, optimization, and advertising reporting. The most recent feature on Pinterest’s educational platform, introduced in 2019, offers a specific way to enhance your understanding of pins and display it through certifications and badges.

With the platform currently having 518 million monthly active users, most of whom visit with strong intent to make purchases, it might be beneficial to enhance your understanding of Pinterest and make the most of your ad campaigns on the platform. To earn the certification, participants must obtain a score of at least 70% on the exam.

If you are unsuccessful, you must wait two weeks before trying the exam once more. Pinterest states that the exam is designed for media buyers who have between two and five years of experience, with at least one to two years of experience in utilizing Pinterest advertising tools.
