How Australian People and Businesses are Using Social Media Q3 2016 | Sensis

Sensis’ report has surveyed 800 Australian consumers and 1,100 Australian businesses to continue this annual study on how social media channels are being used.
The main purpose of this report is to help Australian businesses especially, and all other businesses generally make more informed decisions. That will happen through identifying features of social networking platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+, in addition to online blogs, online rating and review mechanisms.
