Direct RFBI’s online presence, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging and effective in generating leads.
Lead the development of digital assets such as banner advertisements & video.
Recognize media opportunities and create compelling press releases that are effective in raising the profile of our brand and services.
Maintain effective internal and external communications through the development of key messages for major business initiatives.
Head the internal communications, creating engaging internal communication plans that effectively utilize online and offline channels to reach target audiences.
Control the production of our annual report.
Aid teams across the organization to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or communications.
Minimum 5 years marketing experience.
Effective experience using CRM and CMS systems (no coding ability required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid team player who is also able to work independently.
Ability to manage competing deadlines.
