Manage the performance of long-haul brands and the planning and delivery of activities designed to support and improve offline commercial performance.
Collaborate with the head of e-commerce to coordinate business liaison activities with stakeholders.
Maintain good relationships with stakeholders in order to better understand the business drivers and rationale for proposed changes coming from the business and marketing teams.
Coordinate sales driving activities with the destination team, commercial and brand managers to schedule and release quality commercialized content to the websites, in line with business’s milestones.
Support in defining and managing the structure of content in the relevant databases, advising on the most efficient and effective ways of achieving the required results with our content.
Coordinate and manage the lead/ sales generating content in line with business objectives.
Manage the CRO programme with relevant teams to drive positive change to the websites.
Assist in planning the delivery of website changes using your team and other required resources.
Construct, maintain and clearly communicate the plan for delivery across all websites.
Ensure the most efficient processes and tools are used to plan and manage work across the team and wider business.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the same role.
Proven commercial and technical experience working for large B2C or B2B websites.
Proficient working knowledge of conversion optimization and web analytics.
Expert understanding of using analytics tools such as (Google Analytics).
Advanced experience with (A/B, MVT testing and content personalization).
Deep understanding of (user experience, online marketing, SEO, PPC and web project management).
Effective working knowledge of dealing with (Acquia Lift).
Intermediate experience with CMS platforms such as (Drupal) would be an advantage.
Ability to manage a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
