Manage the technical aspects of marketing automation system (Marketo) and its integration with other key platforms such as (Salesforce).
Maintain and implement scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Monitor and manage the successful implementation and integration of new technologies.
Track and maintain data quality within the marketing and sales database.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Coordinate marketing integration actions for mergers and acquisitions.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or any related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a marketing operations role.
Proficient working experience in using marketing automation systems such as (Marketo, Hubspot and Eloqua) and how to integrate those systems with technologies.
Extensive knowledge of (Salesforce.com) and its relationship to the marketing stack.
Expert understanding of integrating multiple marketing and sales platforms.
Deep experience in maintaining data hygiene.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines effectively.
Ability to understand complex problems and explore alternative solutions.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
