Operate with clients to develop and deploy marketing strategies and plans.
Improve and maintain strong relationships with Digital River’s marketing clients.
Effectively control client expectations and timelines associated with implemented strategies.
Design and optimize campaigns across channels.
Direct the communication through email, phone and direct contact.
Organize with the internal teams to ensure messaging is optimized to ensure campaign success.
Produce clients with direction to increase revenue.
Closely observe performance against KPIs and identify areas of improvement through data analysis.
Present the strategic insights and recommendations to improve program performance.
Estimate opportunities to grow the managed account and work with the marketing director to propose new strategies.
Follow the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and analyze results and business impact.
Lead the internal and external reporting.
Generate insights into results and recommendations for how to improve and optimize going forward.
Head the program budgets.
Analysis and stay informed of industry trends and performance benchmarks.
Promote creative concepts to increase the value of MarketForce as a leader in the marketplace.
Explore opportunities to mentor and teach junior level employees.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing program management.
Deep understanding of digital space and thorough technical knowledge.
Effective experience in a client facing role with emphasis on developing the client relationship.
Familiarity with the Microsoft office suite.
Proficient experience with paid search, programmatic advertising and social media advertising.
Expert knowledge of various industry-appropriate tools and platforms.
Demonstrated experience in E-Commerce focused marketing strategies.
Solid analytical and project management skills.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Proven skills in English. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese a plus.
