Job Responsibilities:

• Explain briefs and thinking creatively to develop new innovative ideas and concepts.
• Act as part of a team to create original, engaging, on-brand content.
• Operate with WordPress and MySQL.
• Design digital campaign layouts working with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand image.
• Build responsive email campaigns using email templates and expanding layout ideas.
• Plan new website content updating desktop, mobile, and tablet via our CMS.
• Improve animated banners and advertorial assets for affiliate and display marketing.
• Perform high-quality pixel-perfect designs abiding brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date and being commercially aware of artwork trends in retail, fitness and e-commerce.
• Manage alongside marketing to improve UX and UI along the customer funnel.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar.
• Minimum 2 years experience in front-end web development.
• Proven track record in a design role.
• Effective skills in Adobe Creative Suite (CC 2015) Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Deep understanding and competency level of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, WordPress, MySQL and PHP.
• Proficient understanding and appreciation of the process of identifying users’ needs.
• Demonstrated understanding of graphic design.
• Outstanding working experience in creating user journeys, wireframes, UI design and prototyping.
• Solid experience with prototyping tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a collaborative part of a team to support and cover other members of the team as necessary.
• High ability to develop solutions and produce work relevant to the channel.
