Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis, commission and edit video content for broadcast, digital and social platforms to support the editorial and content team strategy and drive video views.
• Sort and edit video content for broadcast, digital and social platforms to support the editorial and content team strategy.
• Oversee and review content to ensure performance metrics meet content strategy.
• Cooperate with the editorial and content team to best leverage video content across broadcast, digital and social platforms.
• Produce advice and trends on video content opportunities.
• Improve and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and affiliate media stakeholders, industry stakeholders and Racing Clubs.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience in a similar role in a media-based environment.
• Solid interpersonal skills which facilitate effective interaction with a broad range of stakeholders, as well as work in cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Expert knowledge of the Thoroughbred Racing and its key stakeholders preferred.
• Proficient experience in using a variety of video editing tools.
• A team focused with sound organizational skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple projects/issues in a digital environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to the principles of customer service.
• Outstanding video editing skills – the ability to display attention to detail and work to strict deadlines.
• Great ability to quickly assess options and identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible outcomes.
