Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with our customers, C-level executives, development team and others.
• Accountable for the UX strategy which is the blueprint that will help drive development, visual design and ultimately the customer experience.
• Design information architecture by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for our products.
• Determine how an application will look and work on different platforms and browsers.
• Execute strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Operate with the team to shape a project’s overall creative output and maintain quality.
• Organize, support and encourage compliance with UX/UI best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in UX development, preferably within an Agile team environment.
• Formal education in the fields of visual design, communications, or psychology are also beneficial.
• Effective experience in standard UX software such as (InVision, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq, OmniGraffle and the like) is a must.
• Deep knowledge of responsive design principles, user interaction design and experience and possess a clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
• Sound HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Proficient experience to build low and high fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Solid picture thinker, creative with strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Excited about resolving user pain points through highly functional, visually appealing and design.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• High ability to regularly deliver design solutions for approval in a timely manner.
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple visual UI/UX concepts for comparison and prototyping.
