Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the product strategy in partnership with PM and ENG.
• Imagine new designs including but not limited to high-level and/or detailed user flows, wireframes and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Interface design intent to teams and stakeholders.
• Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users’ needs.
• Cooperate closely with user researchers to better inform designs from users’ point of view.
• Develop mutual respect and trust with product/program managers, engineers, researchers and designers.
• Define and push user experience research and usability studies to gauge the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change and optimization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient working experience in designing desktop or web applications from pre- to post-launch.
• Expert working knowledge in designing complex desktop or web applications, solving tough interaction challenges.
• Effective understanding of interaction design and ability to create confident and clean visual designs.
• Advanced experience in defining and expanding design systems, components and patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a cooperative member of a team.
