Job Responsibilities:
- Produce support for digital improvement projects across AXA insurance and healthcare businesses, to develop consistent UX design principals which enhance the experience for the customer whilst meeting commercial goals.
- Cooperate with digital and commercial teams within projects to define requirements to deliver fit for purpose, customer needs-driven designs which are commercially balanced, meet regulatory and compliance requirements and are aligned with group and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with research and insight CoE to run usability tests to see how users interact with the current system and develop user surveys to get information from potential users.
- Offer heuristic and expert audits of systems, shadow users during their normal activities to see how they interact with the systems and under what context.
- Report customer journeys, top tasks and other deliverables that will support the design and development of the system.
- Organize copywriting requirements as defined by business, compliance and UX Design inputs, which is then fulfilled by SBU copywriting resources.
- Promote CX workshops within projects to help develop business and customer requirements and ensure alignment.
- Maintain and manage user experience documentation that defines patterns, site architecture, site design strategy.
- Involve in the post-implementation analysis to support continual improvement and contribute further optimization recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience developing and delivering commercially driven user experienced focused projects.
- Proven track record of defining commercially viable business solutions to meet customer needs and actionable insights from customer research.
- Effective experience in usability testing methodologies, statistics, analysis and reporting.
- Proficient knowledge to undertake primary research through surveys and in-person interviews and focus groups working with research and insight CoE.
- Deep understanding of creative process and techniques for user experience.
- Wide knowledge of many of the principles of human-computer interfaces and cognitive psychology.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate designs to colleagues.
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to operate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated customer focus and understanding of customer needs
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to develop practical solutions with the big picture in mind.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment in which the business operates.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar) an advantage.
