Job Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our current UX/UI designer.
• Transform the wireframes produced by the team into beautiful apps.
• Produce expertise in design and usability and execute UX/UI strategy based on understanding business objectives, user needs, experience principles, and industry best practices.
• Provide sitemaps, wireframes and designs for a wide range of clients design flows and experiences that are simple, coherent and informative.
• Turn wireframes and prototypes into final pixel perfect visuals.
• Promote intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile apps, websites & other software products and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams throughout the design lifecycle.
• Associate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Create mobile and web screens including navigation and workflows, at all times considering how something may work on web or mobile.
• Solve any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
• Follow up to date with design industry developments, new technologies such as but not limited to the Apple user interface guidelines and be the specialist in your domain.
• A proactive approach to company presentation such as the company branding and design for online presence.
• Accountable for setting up and managing visual design processes.
• Operate alongside the co-founders to develop the design process.
• Offer design concepts to clients or external stakeholders.
• Interview other design candidates and being involved in the recruitment process to grow the design team.
• Expand and evolve product road-maps.
• Articulate draft principles to the rest of the team ensuring understanding and feasibility at all times.
• Perform informed choices and communicate them clearly to the rest of the team.
• Actively support new learning in the UX/UI area to share the knowledge with the team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role for mobile and web software.
• Effective understanding of usability, UI and interaction design.
• Deep experience with mobile design patterns and guidelines for other mobile platforms.
• Proficient working experience with native app design.
• Extensive understanding of producing high-quality designs from concept to production.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Sketch, InvisionApp or other related design and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of the latest interaction design and trends.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment.
