Job Responsibilities:

• Operate with product learning solutions team to building and achieving an industry-leading product and platform.
• Produce recommendations, collaborate, and provide thought leadership in conceptualizing, designing, enhancing, and strategizing enhancements, functionality, and bug fixes to the software as a service learning platform.
• Accurately scope and determine the level of effort and timelines for development projects.
• Improve accurate, efficient, and optimized code, processes, and procedures according to specifications and industry best practices.
• Head and provide expertise in design and code reviews.
• Present regular updates for projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide oversight of development efforts of offshore employees.
• Direct, organize, and maintain product source code, builds, and releases according to industry standards and company requirements.
• Recognize and recommend where new technologies may be incorporated for increased performance, stability, functionality, or competitive advantage.
• Conduct testing to determine the root cause of problems troubleshoot errors, release testing, and stress test scenarios.
• Automate testing where applicable to reduce the level of effort.
• Oversee junior developers and business analyst team members.

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in computer science and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in the IT industry and experience in the full life cycle of development.
• Effective experience defining and scoping technical expectations and goals of projects.
• Proficient development experience with Microsoft web technologies and database programming.
• Demonstarted understanding of the following technologies: ASP.net, APIs, MSSQL, Java, JavaScript, C#, VBScript, IIS, HTML5, FTP, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, and JSON.
• JavaScript familiarity with ES6, Swagger API and deployments using PM2 is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of  Angular JS version 2 or 4, NodeJS, Express, web pack.
• Deep knowledge of Postgresql/MSSQL RDBMS.
• Strong skills in designing user-friendly and mobile responsive applications.
• Outstanding skills in functional testing.
• Be analytical, innovative, flexible, and self-motivated.
• Able to succeed in a dynamic team environment and perform a variety of tasks.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to develop a consistent, accurate, and efficient code.
