Job Responsibilities:
- Design, oversee and implement a content management calendar to prioritize and execute social campaigns as part of a cohesive digital strategy.
- Produce content, photography, video and other assets on your own with direction from the Marketing Team.
- Investigate current social trends and digital behaviors in order to be agile and act quickly to adapt, change, the pivot for future trends.
- Study, compile and analyze user behaviors and work with the team to provide recommendations on project plans and strategy to drive awareness.
- Oversee effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social campaigns and report on the results in an effort to maximize future results.
- Supervise the production and implementation of social campaigns, regular social media calendar content and real-time marketing opportunities.
- Operate with the marketing team to enhance identify brand presence strengths and weaknesses to identify and capitalize on areas of improvement.
- Draft captivating content applicable to the appropriate social account that is part of a cohesive marketing story across all platforms, both planned and at the moment.
- Direct and monitor all social media properties during core business hours and after-hours as required in order to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Monitor and manage eyebobs social media properties to be the immediate voice of eyebobs and respond to customers questions, comments and feedback.
- Head efforts in the planning, implementation of brand voice, social media strategies, editorial calendars and concept ideation.
- Serve cross-functionally to execute company-wide launches, initiatives, and campaigns; as well as implement customer service best-practices within the digital space.
- Cooperate with outside partners to help build and implement paid social strategies and with public relations partner to share timely press items across social platforms and manage social influences initiative.
- Improve relevant long-form and editorial content for eyebeobs.com story pages.
- Create out weekly and monthly key performance metrics and standardized reporting.
- Build a presence and maintain non-social accounts such as Yelp! and BBB.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts including content development and creation.
- Proficient experience in online influencer marketing a plus.
- Effective experience in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
- Outstanding writing skills in both formal and informal communication styles.
- A passion for the eyebobs brand and customer promise.
- Strong interpersonal communication with an emphasis on catering to an online audience.
- An influential and positive attitude to drive the brand forward.
- Comfortable taking constructive criticism and creative direction.
- A love for fashion, style, beauty or related industry a plus.
- A sound sense of collaboration, willingness to share ideas and brainstorm concepts.
- Exhibits a team-player attitude and is confident in taking the lead and guiding team members and partners when necessary
- Proven ability to remain “ahead of the game” in our digital presence and strategy.
