Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and assist with the implementation of actionable strategies on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
• Work as a community manager across all client platforms, consistently monitoring and concisely communicating with target audiences.
• Design monthly content calendars.
• Cooperate with a graphic designer to execute social media creative needs.
• Draft and implement compelling social media campaigns for multiple brands.
• Promote and implement social media ad campaigns including targeting methods, copy and images and budget and timeline recommendations.
• Oversee competitors and trends.
• Communicate with alliance partners and digital influencers as needed.
• Csocialreate media strategy and brand voice.
• Associate in new business proposals and pitches when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience and deep understanding of creating and executing impactful and engaging social media campaigns.
• Effective agency or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of ins and outs of all relevant platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube.
• Analytics and number driven with good excel skills.
• Deep knowledge of social insights and social advertising insights.
• Effective experience in crafting and managing paid social media campaigns.
• Demonstrated understanding of copywriting in different styles viz. blogs, Twitter, Facebook etc.
• Solid knowledge of writing for Search Engine Optimization is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Hardworking, flexible individual with integrity and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaborate as an effective team member.
