Job Responsibilities:

• Design relevant strategy, plan and content to reach the target audience.
• Oversee, listen and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Manage online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
• Improve and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
• Supervise design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
• Plan, create and manage promotions and Facebook ad campaigns.
• Edit a report for management showing results (ROI).
• Responsible for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
• Perform a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews.
• Control online ratings and respond accordingly.
• Define trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Examine campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
• Determine effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs.
• Explain, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Report clients with new services and future plans.

Job Requirements:

• Expert knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
• Deep working knowledge of the blogging.
• Demonstrated understanding of technical matters and can pick up new tools.
• Proven track record to deal with SEO including keyword research is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools i.e. Photoshop, adobe premiere is a plus.
• Effective working experience in Photography and video is a plus.
• Team player that can lead and guide other employees.
• Bilingual, English and Arabic with excellent creative writing skills.
• Ability to merge both creative sides of marketing and analytical side.
• The ability to maintain sales relationships.
