Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online display, social media campaigns to drive Traffic, Online reputation management.
• Lead the client and customer response and resolution on the online channels.
• Respond to client queries and complaints.
• Head work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content fast thinking.
• Design content on a variety of complaints, queries or request.
• Understood the client and its customer and draft a response accordingly.
• Support daily reports.
• Take care of all deliveries of the client as per SLA.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital media agency.
• Solid grammatical knowledge and keen attention to detail.
• Sound research skills.
• Expert knowledge about social media platforms.
• Skilled in human relations.
• Great interest in new media trends and techniques.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly creative and imaginative.
• Confident, self-motivated and believe in a collaborative approach.
• Self-disciplined and believe in team spirit.
• Pleasant in communication and presentation.
• The ability to collect and analyze data volumes to derive the right insights.
