Job Responsibilities:

• Improve, implement and manage our clients social media strategies.
• Determine most important social media KPIs.
• Lead and oversee social media content.
• Gauge the success of every social media campaign.
• Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Utilize social media marketing tools.
• Audit educational conferences.
• Operate with designers and on copywriting to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Cooperate with marketing, sales and product development teams as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive through-the-line campaigns, with the ability to mix both social media thinking with conventional marketing strategies.
• Oversee SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Liaise with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Produce constructive feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a social media specialist or a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other social media best practices.
• Demonstrated understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Effective experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Deep knowledge of social media KPIs.
• Outstanding multitasking skills.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
