Job Responsibilities:
- Improve, implement and manage our clients social media strategies.
- Determine most important social media KPIs.
- Lead and oversee social media content.
- Gauge the success of every social media campaign.
- Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Utilize social media marketing tools.
- Audit educational conferences.
- Operate with designers and on copywriting to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Cooperate with marketing, sales and product development teams as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive through-the-line campaigns, with the ability to mix both social media thinking with conventional marketing strategies.
- Oversee SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Liaise with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Produce constructive feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a social media specialist or a similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other social media best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Effective experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Deep knowledge of social media KPIs.
- Outstanding multitasking skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
