Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve a rolling calendar of content themes around the student journey/seasons to guide social activity that is integrated with wider digital and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with ANZ international marketing managers and international study center (ISC) staff to manage StudyGroup’s student-facing social media channels across our portfolio of brands in ANZ to grow and nurture our online communities and support the global social media strategy.
• Leverage tools within the social studio to manage and schedule activity across the relevant social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube and Instagram).
• Provide customer service by working with direct sales team to respond to inquiries and generate leads across social channels.
• Support the integration of social activity with student pipeline in (Salesforce CRM).
• Assist in the creation and curation of content appropriate for social channels.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or media production.
• At least 2 years of proven experience working in a social media role.
• Proficient experience with social media platforms such as (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram).
• Effective knowledge of dealing with various social media management platforms such as (HootSuite Hubspot, MeetEdgar, TweetDeck, Buffer or Sprout Social).
• Extensive understanding of using (Google Analytics or Omniture).
• Excellent working skills in using (MS Excel).
• Creative problem-solver with a can-do approach to challenges.
• Basic experience in editing videos and images.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
