Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Track and analyze analytics reports to get insight into traffic, demographics and effectiveness.
- Write, develop and strategize online content production and scheduling.
- Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialogue and messaging.
- Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
- Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar.
- Cooperate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions and increase reach.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a digital/social media role.
- Proficient experience with social media platforms such as (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram).
- Advanced knowledge of using various social media listening tools such as (Hootsuite, Tweet reach and any related tools).
- Effective understanding of project management and web design best practices.
- Strong working skills in using (MS Office).
- Ability to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
