Job Responsibilities:

• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
• Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video and written).
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
• Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
• Oversee and monitor designs of (Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile and Blog).
• Design, create and manage promotions and social Ad campaigns.
• Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
• Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
• Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or any related experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in copywriting and working on social media.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• Effective working knowledge of dealing with various social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
• Proficient experience with using various reporting and analytics tools such as (Hootsuite, Tweet Reach and any other social related tools.
• Expert understanding of producing engaging content and building audience.
• Ability to work independently or as a collaborative part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
• Solid working skills in using (MS Office).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
