Job Responsibilities:
- Support in the organization, creation and scheduling of our social media marketing efforts.
- Coordinate and manage client social media marketing materials with clients and LabRoots team members.
- Perform and present captivating media that capture the audiences’ attention and increase engagement.
- Consider many ways to communicate clients’ advertising message, which are consistent with the creative strategy.
- Develop and execute strategy recommendations to meet goals provided in briefs from the LabRoots team.
- Present recommended strategy to internal or client groups as needed.
- Launch social media campaigns with analytics in mind, particularly reporting and optimization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and media planning.
- Proficient experience in growing social media profiles/accounts and managing larger campaigns.
- Expert working knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as (Buffer and HootSuite).
- Effective understanding of using various social media platforms such as (Google Analytics and webmaster tools).
- Novice experience in editing images using (Adobe Creative Suite) is a huge plus.
- Solid working skills in using (MS Excel).
- Ability to manage a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
