Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s social media marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Create and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarketing, messaging and audience identification.
  • Publish, edit and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and then acting on the information.
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Perform and provide editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Effective working knowledge of social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
  • Proficient experience in using various social reporting and analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of (web design, web development, CRO and SEO).
  • Expert understanding of using (Google Analytics and Keyword Planner).
  • Deep knowledge of producing engaging content and building audience.
  • Strong working skills in using (MS Office).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
  • Ability to bring creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
